We understand the choosing the right solution isn't easy and so we've put together a list of questions that we often get asked.

  • How much design influence can I have?

    Our website packages are designed around existing designs that we've put together with image consultants and stylists in mind.  You will be able to select from one of the designs and have to option of changing colours and fonts if you'd like to.

  • What do you need from me?

    Typically we'll need:

    Branding guidelines (if applicable)


    We will provide a simple checklist to help you gather everything.

  • How long will it take from start to finish?

    Your domain name and email account will be setup on the same day or next business day.  Most websites can be completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on the size of the site and how quickly content, images, and feedback are provided.

  • Will I be found in Google?

    Once the website goes live, we'll submit your new site to Google for indexing.  At some point over the next few weeks, Google will visit your site and include it in it's index.  


    All sites that we produce are built with SEO in mind and as such all pages will have SEO-friendly titles, images will have SEO-friendly descriptions and internal links linking popular keywords will be built.  


    Site speed and loading times  are elements that contribute to your website's SEO performance, as well improving your site visitors' experience and the performance of our sites is second to none.

  • Is there a contract or commitment?

    No.  Our Website package starts from the equivalent of £20 per month if paying annually in advance (£240).  You can optionally pay monthly from £25 per month and if you don't want to renew for the next year, or month if paying monthly, then that's absolutely fine.

  • Can I add something to the site that you haven't listed.

    Absolutely.  The standard features included in the Website and Website & Bookings packages are just that, standard.  


    We can do practically anything to your site so just ask and we'll let you know what's involved.

  • Title or Question

    Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

  • Will my website work on mobile phones and tablets?

    Yes. All websites are fully responsive and designed to look great on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

  • Will my website be secure?

    Yes. We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL certificates and secure website practices to help protect your website and visitors.

  • What if I don't like the initial version?

    We include a revision process so you can request changes and refinements before the website goes live.

  • Can you use my existing website content?

    Yes. If you already have a website, we can use and reorganize your existing content to fit the new design.
