Fiona’s first introduction to Colour Analysis came is 2009 when she was invited by a friend to join a group of ladies having their ‘colours done'.  The impact this had on her confidence and wardrobe exceeded all expectations.

Ten years later and after her retirement from a 30 year career Fiona had the opportunity to invest in Colour and Style training (which is where she first met Jo Gaffney, one of the founding directors of the Colour and Style Academy).

In In 2017, Ellen left the Corporate world, trained in Colour Analysis and Personal Styling and established her Style 4 Life coaching business. Ellen provides individual and group colour and styling consultations from her home in Lewknor, on the Bucks/Oxfordshire borders (M40 jct 6).

Lynn has always worked connecting with people, she has a background in teaching Art and Art psychotherapy. She uses these skills to welcome you and put you at ease.

Having lost her own clothes confidence during the menopause she decided to reclaim it. Training as an image consultant, wearing her seasonal palette was like coming home to being comfortable in her body once again. She can help you to feel the same.

Clare Stephens

Addie Bryant

Battersea, London

Addie has always been passionate about the arts, particularly painting, fashion, and makeup. While in university, she discovered her love for fashion and decided to pursue a career in the field. She enrolled at FIDM in Los Angeles, where she studied Fashion Design, learning garment creation, pattern-making, and sewing. Addie also developed her skills in CAD and Photoshop to design using advanced technology.

During her time at FIDM, Addie participated in Los Angeles Fashion Week, showcasing her creativity and distinctive style. Motivated by the desire to promote body positivity, she founded her own lingerie brand, WANDER VIXEN, to create empowering pieces that celebrated diversity in fashion.

Today, Addie lives in London and works as an Image consultant, using her artistic background and passion for empowerment to help others discover their personal style and embrace their individuality.

Jo, is one of our founding Directors at The Style and Colour Academy. After a 20 year NHS career she decided to take a leap into the world of self-employment and five years ago, trained in image consultancy where she discovered a huge skill overlap in body confidence, image and self-esteem.

Wendy Thompson

Wendy, one of our founding Directors at The Style and Colour Academy, trained in Personal Styling, in London in 2002. Initially offering her services to compliment her wedding dress business, Wendy then made a move into teaching, gaining Qualified Teacher Status in 2010. In 2019, she decide to focus her attention on growing The Style and Colour Company and pursue her vision of creating a new training school for Personal Stylists based around community and support.
