Sharon’s passion for empowering women through fashion began over 30 years ago. An entrepreneur and mother of three, she has seen the transformational impact practical and personal style advice has had on her clients over the years. She offers a one-stop-shop for clothing (Elora, French fashion), make-up and colour analysis consultation from her home in East Lothian. Recently, she evolved her skills by completing SCA Conversion course and says “I had forgotten how powerful and insightful a comprehensive colour analysis can be!'

With over 20 years+ experience as a personal stylist and colour coach Sue truly understands your personal relationship with wearing colour and creating your own style in a way that befits who you are now.

Having traversed her own grey hair journey (and loving it) as well as developing her style in various ways by use of style words (fabric, fit and feel) rather than a label as she finds it easier that way to create looks on any given day.

During colour sessions Sue loves seeing what the drapes reveal to each client and offers colour pairing ideas as well as wow colours and neutrals. It’s amazing seeing how each client reacts to colours and their energies and discovering and exploring ways to integrate them in a way that looks and feels right to them. Your own colour and style journey is unique to you. 

Sarah had spent many years working for the NHS, facilitating lifestyle change and encouraging people to improve their emotional and physical wellbeing, working from the inside out.

After discovering the power of Colour Analysis, how that can change lives, empower and improve confidence, Sarah has now spent the last 6 years working with people from the outside in!

The Colour Place studio is in The Wellbeing Space in the village of Long Buckby, offering a calm, welcoming safe space to embark on your Colour and Style journey.

Sarah is also a Tropic Skincare and Make-up ambassador and uses the products in her sessions.

Siân established Confident Style Academy to show women how to look and feel amazing no matter what their size and through every age and stage of life, especially midlife!

After years of being “plus-size”, Siân first explored her own style after a big weight loss. Whilst the weight may have gradually gone back on, her confidence in her clothes has continued because she knows what works for her, and most importantly, why.

Siân combines her coaching expertise with her style knowledge to make sure her clients have the understanding and self-assurance to make confident style choices for life.  “Kind and caring approach”, “generous with her knowledge”, “encouraging, and a wonderful person to have in your corner”, are just some of the ways that Siân’s clients have described her.

After 30 years of working in education, Charlotte qualified as a personal stylist and colour analyst, founding transformEd styling by Charlotte in the summer of 2023.

 A pro-age, body-positive stylist and LGBTQ+ ally, Charlotte believes that everyone has the right to dress with joy and authenticity. Working with all genders and ages, Charlotte has a passion for and experience of working with transgender clients. Having achieved the London College of Style’s GreenLeaf Sustainability Kitemark, Charlotte loves introducing sustainable brands and practices to clients and those attending her talks and reading her weekly style magazine.

Helen is a personal stylist for women who want to feel confident, comfortable, and like themselves again in the middle of busy, real life. As a mum of two with an active lifestyle, she understands the juggle of family, work, and everything in between — and how easy it is to lose your sense of self. Her style is relaxed, practical, and considered, helping women feel put-together without overthinking it. 

She specialises in colour and style analysis, wardrobe clarity, and creating looks that genuinely support everyday life. Helen takes time to understand each client, building a style that feels natural and easy to maintain — because when you feel good in what you wear, everything else flows more easily.

Mary Frances is the founder of Color Compass Studio, where she helps clients discover the colors, styles, and wardrobe choices that align with who they are and how they want to show up in the world. Her services include personal color analysis, style analysis, wardrobe consulting and editing, personal shopping, closet refinement, and image consulting for both personal and professional settings.

Known for her warm, authentic approach, Mary Frances combines a trained eye for aesthetics with an intuitive understanding of confidence, presence, and personal branding. She guides clients toward lasting style clarity rather than fleeting trends, helping them simplify wardrobe decisions and build a cohesive, polished image.

Her work is rooted in the belief that when people understand what truly suits them, they feel more confident, empowered, and aligned in every area of life. Through thoughtful consultation and individualized styling, Mary Frances helps clients create a look that feels timeless, elevated, and uniquely their own.

Hazel trained as an Image Consultant 21 years ago and went on to combine this with freelance work as a Life Coach and Leadership Trainer. Both centre around her passion for helping people become their best.

The tagline to her business is Creating Confident Women and that’s her aim with every client.

Offering Seasonal Colour Analysis, Colour Refresh and Styling Sessions in her studio, Hazel also offers wardrobe edits, and for small groups, body shape and style workshops.

Paula is a style, colour, and self-image coach, helping women feel confident, authentic, and comfortable in their appearance. She combines colour analysis, body shape guidance, and personal style development with a strong understanding of self-esteem and emotional wellbeing, offering a holistic approach that goes beyond fashion alone.

Working in a warm and supportive way, Paula helps clients align how they feel on the inside with how they present themselves on the outside. Her sessions are ideal for women experiencing low confidence, life transitions, or a loss of personal style, resulting in a wardrobe that feels natural, empowering, and true to who they are.

With a diverse career journey through administration, catering, and holistic therapy, Yvonne eventually found her true calling in colour and style. 

If you’re feeling invisible or have lost your way, Yvonne will help you rediscover your confidence through colour analysis and style guidance. 

Passionate about makeup, Yvonne uses Tropic skincare and makeup in her sessions to help you look and feel your best.

Marina believes that colour analysis isn't just for the super-stylish – it's a high-power life hack that everyone should know about. Based in Wedmore, Marina's mission is to democratise colour analysis.

'Whether you're someone who loves fashion or just wants to simplify getting dressed in the morning, discovering your colours makes life so much easier. It's not about following trends or being "into" style – it's about understanding which shades make you look radiant and feel confident. It's practical knowledge that makes shopping faster, helps you avoid expensive mistakes, and means you'll actually wear everything in your wardrobe.'

Jo is a multi-award winning Colour & Style Consultant, who has been running her personal styling business since 2015. During this time, Jo has helped hundreds of women and men find their inner confidence by teaching them what colours make them shine and what styles most flatter their personality and body shape.

Jo is trained and accredited by Colour me Beautiful, and as such uses Tonal Colour Analysis during her sessions.

Jo has an informal and friendly attitude and she strives to make sure all her clients feel comfortable and really enjoy their consultation, leaving her sessions feeling confident and able to shop and dress well.  Based in OX11, South Oxfordshire. Works all over Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire and beyond!

Fiona’s first introduction to Colour Analysis came is 2009 when she was invited by a friend to join a group of ladies having their ‘colours done'.  The impact this had on her confidence and wardrobe exceeded all expectations.

Ten years later and after her retirement from a 30 year career Fiona had the opportunity to invest in Colour and Style training (which is where she first met Jo Gaffney, one of the founding directors of the Colour and Style Academy). 

Fiona’s mission is to make getting dressed in the morning easier, quicker and more successful,  equipping her clients with the tools they need to be more confident and effective shoppers and to be more appreciative, more assured and more satisfied with who they are!

Tammy works with women who want to feel more confident, comfortable, and like themselves as they grow and evolve. A mum of two older children with a strong professional background, she understands the realities of balancing career, identity, personal change — and the quiet shifts that come with it. She’s passionate about helping women recognise their strengths and feel at ease in who they are. 

Her approach blends personal style and colour analysis with transformational coaching, for those that need a little extra support. With a style that balances polish and a playful personality, Tammy helps women feel like themselves while navigating work and life with greater ease and self-trust.

Lindsey is the founder of Brilliantly Bespoke, a bespoke color + style experience rooted in helping women reconnect with themselves through confidence, authenticity, and personal style. She specializes in uncovering each client’s unique blueprint through the harmony of color, body architecture, and clothing personality, creating a highly personalized approach that goes far beyond trends or one-size-fits-all styling.

Known for her warm Southern charm and approachable style, Lindsey helps clients eliminate the overwhelm of shopping and getting dressed by giving them tools that work for their real life, body, lifestyle, and personality. Her sessions are designed to feel empowering, approachable, and transformational by helping women finally understand why certain colors, silhouettes, textures, and details make them feel most like themselves.

Lindsey also serves as the USA Trainer for the Style and Colour Academy, linking arms with founders Wendy and Jo to help bring franchise-free color and style training to the United States. Passionate about education and empowering fellow stylists, Lindsey is helping expand access to bespoke color and style training across the states.

Kate specializes in helping people discover the power of their authentic style, guiding clients to uncover the mix of traits that makes them feel confident, magnetic, and true to themselves. With a background in both colour and style analysis, Kate takes the guesswork out of shopping and getting dressed—transforming wardrobes into tools of self-expression instead of sources of stress. Her approach is practical, creative, and deeply personal, giving each client a roadmap they can use for years to come.

Kate works in person as well as virtually with style clients, making her services available to anyone, anywhere, and she also offers in-person colour analysis sessions for those who want to experience the magic of colour firsthand. Whether someone is looking to refine their professional presence, refresh their everyday look, or finally feel like their wardrobe reflects who they are, Kate's clients walk away with more confidence, clarity, and the freedom to show up in life exactly as they want to be seen.

Claire is based in Rayleigh Essex and has 6yrs experience as a personal stylist. She enjoys sprinkling her fairy dust throughout throughout your wardrobe!

Jane is a true Summer, Natural Ingenue who has enjoyed meeting clients throughout her three years in the Kettlewell Colour Studio.  

Trained in Colour Analysis, Stylee and Personal Shopping, whilst based in Dorset, she is willing to travel (especially London). 

From a young age, Sancha was drawn to vintage fashion, quirky accessories, and putting together outfits that felt unique and full of character and having her

own colour and style analysis transformed how she saw style—not as a set of rules, but as a tool for confidence, self-expression, and authenticity. 

Sancha's professional journey into colour and style began at Kettlewell Colours, where she spent 10 wonderful years immersed in the world of colour.  In her role as head Kettlewell Stylist and managing the Colour Studio, Sancha helped hundreds of women discover the colours and styles that made them look and feel their very best.

Now working independently. Sancha brings together her professional expertise and personal passion to help people feel confident, comfortable, and truly themselves.

Amanda is an experienced Independent Colour Analyst and Personal Stylist who has been helping people transform how they dress since 2011, supporting them to feel like the best version of themselves.

With a background in Art and Design and knowledge of multiple Colour Analysis and styling systems, Amanda combines professional precision and expertise with warmth, empathy, and real-life practicality.

Alongside in-person Colour Analysis and Personal Style sessions, she offers ongoing inspiration through The Style Edit, a curated collection of outfit ideas and shopping finds, as well as 1:1 Virtual Styling, supporting clients to enjoy dressing with ease and everyday confidence.  

After 30 years of working in PR and communications Tracey followed her passion for fashion to retrain as personal stylist for women and launched her business in March last year. 

Tracey tailors her recommendations to individual needs and lifestyles to navigate any lifestyle change and make getting dressed fun again. With friendly, intuitive advice, she wants to help women unlock their full style potential to look and feel their best. 

Her core services include wardrobe declutter and edit, individual style guides and event dressing. She also enjoys giving talks and collaborating with other brands such as the Autumn Glow Up she ran recently with skincare brand Tropic.

Estelle is a certified Style Coach™️serving clients on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. With a passion ignited by her own colour analysis journey in 2009, she moved from a 30-year career in the police to pursue her second calling: helping people discover their best selves through style. 

Estelle offers a range of services designed to transform her clients’ relationship with their style. From colour and style analysis to wardrobe edits and personal shopping, her mission is to help clients fall in love with style again, build confidence and reflect their unique personality. She also enjoys speaking at events and workshops.  

Clare is based in Reading and a recently reborn Spring after her training with the SCA!  She has always been fascinated with colour- it’s history, therapeutic uses, psychology and of course how it can be worn to make us glow! 

Based in Reading, Clare offers a full colour analysis, tea/coffee/homemade cake and a glass of Prosecco if you like to celebrate finding your wow colours. You will take a seasonal swatch fan away as an on-going reference to help with shopping and choosing outfits. 

After discovering just how empowering colour analysis could be for herself, Julia felt inspired to help others unlock that same sense of transformation and joy.

She now works with people of all ages and genders, equipping them with colour knowledge they can carry with them for life. Whether it's navigating big personal shifts like menopause, adjusting to an empty nest, embracing natural hair, or stepping confidently into a new career, Julia guides her clients with warmth, insight, and the confidence-boosting power of colour.

Following a corporate career, Karina trained as a personal stylist over 14 years ago. Working with men and women, she believes that self-belief and empowerment comes from being clear about who you are, and how you express yourself to the world. By understanding her clients lifestyle and values, and defining their unique sense of style, she helps them to build an intentional and cohesive wardrobe. 

Her 'edit, elevate and align' approach eliminates the time, stress and overwhelm of working out what to wear. By investing in a collection of versatile pieces that form ready-to-go outfits, my clients can show up with confidence and authenticity every day. She also works with corporates and organisations to introduce the power of personal style.

Wendy, one of our founding Directors at The Style and Colour Academy, trained in Personal Styling, in London in 2002. Initially offering her services to compliment her wedding dress business, Wendy then made a move into teaching, gaining Qualified Teacher Status in 2010. In 2019, she decide to focus her attention on growing The Style and Colour Company and pursue her vision of creating a new training school for Personal Stylists based around community and support. After a long search for a stylist who could embark on her dream with her, Wendy met Jo in December 2024 and they formed The Style and Colour Academy Ltd. 

Wendy previously ran @wendythompsonpersonalstyling, but since January 2025 has joined Jo to work in partnership from their styling studio and boutique based in Pershore.    

Latha's introduction to colour and style came after the birth of her second child, when she wanted to get comfortable and confident again with the new her.  A truly light bulb moment which motivated her to share the impact it can have on well being and self-esteem.

She enjoys helping people who are looking either at the next steps in their lives or wanting a refresh as they go on their colour and style journey.  She will support you along the way with your best colours and styles and making you feel authentic and fabulous!
